Whilst most restrictions have now been lifted, we expect all of our members to continue to respect their fellows decicions regarding precuations. For example, some members may choose to wear a mask whilst indoors or on public transport whilst others may not. The committee openly encourage all club members to take a level of precuation which they feel appropriate to the/their situation.
For all our in-person events, we continue to advise you to:
As always, you MUST NOT sign up to or attend our events if you have recognised Covid symptoms, have tested positive within the past 10 days and/or asked to self isolate by the NHS Test and Trace service or app.
Thank you to all our members for doing their part this year in ensuring the Club can continue to enjoy walks/socials and trips safely!
We look forward to seeing you at our events!

Day Walks: Our fantastic weekly rambles throughout the term - often between 15 and 23 km in length and at the pace of the slowest walker. With different routes around the south of England every week, you're in for some real treats! Visit our Day Walks page.
Socials: Our frequent socials are planned by our crafty and creative social secretaries to be fun, inclusive and a great way to relax after a hard week of student life. Find out more on our Socials page.
Away Trips: Our Away Trip Secs will whisk you away for a wonderful weekend of adventure in some of the greatest settings in the UK. We sort out the food, transport, walks and accommodation. All you need to do is pack some kit, sign up and pay a small fee. Read more on our Away Trips page
Expeditions: Wild camping, winter walks, mountaineering and even 'bothying'! Our expeditions are aimed at both novices and beginners, with opportunities to engage in a more wild side of life regularly throughout the year. Read more on our Expeditions page
Death/Challenge Walks: A chance to prove yourself in our harder club walks! These walks entail distances often between 28 and 50 km in length and spare less time for stops/breaks.
